Suggestions for misceallaneous imprrovements[edit]

Add a list of Peru's 14 hydrographic regions with their main characteristics, if possible
Explain what the Nationals Water Resources System is (the term is used, but not explained)
Include a link to the full text of the 2009 Water Resources Law, if possible
