Should the map be there?[edit]

question Lukt64 (talk) 01:41, 12 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Definitely. It serves to orientate the reader to where in the world the article is talking about. If the article does not have a map what representative image of the country would be in its place? - Cameron Dewe (talk) 02:55, 12 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Asking because its been removed many times in the 2024 conflict in ecuador Lukt64 (talk) 03:00, 12 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This article is not about 2024 conflict in Ecuador. If you have a problem with the map being removed from that article ask why it was removed from there and try to understand the reasons, first? I have no problem with the map being in this article, and think it should stay. If someone wants to remove it they should explain their reasoning before doing so. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 03:12, 12 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

What is the point of a "military situation" map?[edit]

This conflict is not of that kind. Is it supposed to show areas of influence or controlled territories? It makes little sense imo. 191.100.244.95 (talk) 23:06, 26 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
