appearance on Vikings show on History Channel[edit]

Kulich plays a role on the Vikings show on History Channel as a norse who helps arrange a meeting of raiders willing to help Ragnar disobey the Earl and head west for plunder to England User:Nefylym 12:17, 3 March 2013 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 134.39.101.132 (talk)

German descent[edit]

Kulich is a typical German surname. Does anyone know more about his possible German heritage? Prague is very much influenced by Germans, once the capital of the Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation.91.65.16.37 (talk) 23:27, 30 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The name Kulich doesn't have German roots afaik. More likely it's the other way around, i.e. Germans with the name probably have Czech ancestors. --84.63.196.48 (talk) 23:42, 15 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Going of Vladimirs phenotype alone, it becomes very clear he's of German ancestry. Atleast to a big degree. As are many people in what used to be Bohemia. The name Kulich is of slavic origin though so i suppose we'll never know who mingled with whom back in the day.
