It was founded By Dr. Martin Posadas.The Dr. Addul Jakkul Salsalani you mentioned as founder is a name that means masturbation. a name which is used in the Philippines as a joke. This article should not be speedy deleted as having no substantive content, because I later added the necessary info about the institute. --PasanB 16:00, 24 September 2013 (UTC)
