NPOV 2018[edit]

It's painfully obvious that this article is heavily biased and you can even see it on this talk page. 216.81.81.80 (talk) 22:50, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

NPOV 2006[edit]

This article does not seem NPOV, heavily biased against US policy. I tagged it as such. Pallas44 20:44, 16 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Pallas,

It is more than clear that those Permanet Residents have been suffering because of these wrong polices of US. How come being a Legal Resident makes someone wait for more than five years to bring his/her spouse here? Even students and those work visa holders can bring their spouses in no time as compared to the Legal ones. This is totally unfair and nonsence! Do you know why the V visa was introduced? It was to "solve" this problem, as if it was only a one time. The sad part is that the V visa was introduced to work only for some three years only and after that...It expired! The current condition seems...what the hell...forget them, let them suffer and we will see what we can do. It is a paradox, being a legal resident is the first thing to avoid to reunion your family.

This article is wrong[edit]

The LIFE Act, is the main Act. Visa V is part of this law, like Visa K and Sec 245(i) wich lasted until April 2001.
