Merge discussion[edit]

Given the fact that both the Asian Universities Debating Championship & All-Asian Intervarsity Debating Championships have merged to form the United Asian Debating Championships it make sense that the articals are likewise merged (with re-directs). Having said that, there is not much from the other two articles that is correctly sourced and cited, so care would need to be taken in which parts could be moved over. As there is nothing that is correctley ref'ed in the two other articals I am changing them to #redirects. Codf1977 (talk) 10:45, 5 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Apologies, Codf1977, but I will be reverting the redirections. AAIDC and AUDC are tournaments distinct of UADC, which is considered as a new debate tournament. If we are to ensure continuity between the histories of the three tournaments, it only makes sense to keep all three articles, and fix the articles as need be if WP:RS is the issue. --Sky Harbor (talk) 08:26, 9 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
