UWO - what is success?[edit]

A recent edit stated the first "successful" UWO was in October 2020 when used to have Mansoor Mahmood Hussain account for his wealth. However there is no citation for the "success" of the UWO, rather the UWO appears to have been compromised in response to a settlement from Mansoor Mahmood Hussain. Do other editors have a citation for "success" or a view if "success" is the appropriate term to describe use in relation to this UWO? Thank you. Dobsonstar (talk) 22:53, 8 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
