Notability of U. Zylka[edit]

Uładzimir Zylka is a significant poet of western Belarus literature of 20th century. It's mentioned on Belarus Literature article at Encyclopædia Britannica: "Literary classics of the early 20th century include works by the poets Maksim Bahdanovich, Ales Harun, Vladimir Zylka, Kazimir Svayak, Yanka Kupala, and Yakub Kolas (...)".

His role in Belarus literature is also mentioned Arsen’ Lis' work "Literature Of Western Belarus", which abridged version is available online [1]. (Note: In this article he is written as Zylka and Zhylka).

There is an article about him on two Polish encyclopedias: Encyklopedia PWN and WIEM encyclopedia [2].

I still say there's no assertion of notability in the article as writen, although your notes here suggests that such an assertion can be written. Please do so. You don't say he was a significant Belarusian poet and translator.
