Regarding the "Linux" section: It may be that there should be a notation as to why a modern OS does not use this concept, but without that notation, simply noting the fact that a particular modern OS does not use this concept is pointless. If someone wishes to make an edit which explains why a modern OS (perhaps using generic terms) would choose not to do this, that's one thing. Simply saying "This particular OS doesnt use this" and not giving any reason.. well I could take all day to do some research and list a bunch of OSs which don't use this method, it still wouldnt be relevent to the article. This scheduling method also isn't employed by army ants, should we link to army ants as well? Vstarre 15:02, 8 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
