"From all of us to all of you" introduction[edit]

"Toy Tinker" has also been part of the US version of From All of Us to All of You since it first aired in 1958. This includes an introduction from Jiminy Cricket with Chip and Dale showing them chopping down a Christmas tree and decorating for Christmas even. In the most complete versions I have seen, the art clearly signals that this vignette is meant to accompany "Toy Tinkers". Attempted reconstructions dated 1958 and 1960 can be found on the internet archive -- part in black-and-white, part in color. Other video shows this being air on TV atleast as late as 1987. However, "From all of Us to all of you" has undergone near annual edits for more than 50 years, has different versions in different countries, and fans have made their own edits. For example, parts have been used to intro Pluto's Christmas Tree.

The exact nature of this vignette is unclear. The part with Jiminy Cricket is clearly animated explicitly for "From all of us to all of you". However, the 2nd half of the vignette very-closely matches the original animation of "Toy Tinkers" -- so closely in certain spots that it raises atleast the possibility that this was originally part of "Toy Tinkers" that was edited out of the original release but restored for "From all of us to all of you". Jack Hannah is credited as director on both, providing circumstantial support.

I certainly haven't witnessed this edit history, and documenting it seems impossible without direct Disney contacts. But regardless of the exact origins of this introductory vignette, it seems some creatives at Disney intended it to specifically accompany "Toy Tinkers", and seems like something that would be of general interest to fans of "Toy Tinkers" and should be included in this article.
