Tolly Follies[edit]

The Margaret Catchpole on Cliff Lane would be a better example (It is also Grade II* Listed and is on CAMRA's National Inventory of Outstanding Pub Interiors [1].). And yes, I know the photo of the Suffolk Punch is ridiculously over exposed, but it at least gives an idea of the sort of building that is typical of a 'Tolly Folly'. Recent history[edit]

I briefly worked there in the 70's. I believe it went bankrupt in the 80s or 90s and someone in senior management - the finance director or chief accountant perhaps - committed suicide. I would like more details about this. By the way, I thought the beer tasted horrible - too many hops, not enough alcohol - so I'm not too surprised it had problems. 78.151.98.126 (talk) 11:15, 28 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
