The article was a mass of self-promotion, extravagant claims, and waffle, referenced solely to the subject's own websites and those of his associates. I have completely rewritten it for neutrality and included only information which can be verified by sources independent of the subject. The two main contributors to this article are clearly the subject and/or someone representing him. Please read the notice at the top of this talk page and refrain from editing the article directly. Any material added which can be perceived by an uninvolved editor as promotional, unencyclopedic, or is not verified by independent sources will be removed on sight. Pending the outcome of the Commons discussion, I've uploaded a cropped version of the image to remove the website name. Photographs of US paper currency are defintely allowed on Commons. See File:Onedolar2009series.jpg. However, the main problem is that the uploader needs to establish via OTRS that either (a) he is Tim Holmes or (b) that Tim Holmes has given permission for it to be released under CC-By-SA.
