The usage figure of 0.13 million is from ORR entries and exits. However, the same source gives a figure of 0.277m interchanges - I think this is notable.

I think Thorpe-le-Soken is one of only two stations with more interchanges than entries and exits - the other being Clapham Junction. This is probably Original Research as I was looking at the ORR figures and looking to see which stations had more interchanges than entries and exits and only these two popped out.
