First mini-series? Archive status?[edit]

Was this series cancelled or was it only ever intended to run for about a month? If it was devised as a limited-run series, would it therefore also qualify as the first mini-series? Also, is it known if any episodes survive or is it lost? 136.159.160.5 (talk) 17:50, 31 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
