Splitting the article into three parts[edit]

As The Shepherd of the Hills is either a book, a play, or a movie, perhaps the main article should be split into three parts? Does anybody have a position on this?

"Shepherd of the Hills" 3D Viewmaster reel[edit]

I ran across two viewmaster 3D reels of Shepherd of the Hills but it is unclear whether the pictures were taken from the movie that John Wayne starred in, or whether they were pictures taken from any of the many plays by the same name. Are these worth anything? I only paid one dollar in June of 2004 (at a rate of fifty cents per reel), and felt the purchase was quite a bargain, especially as the pictures were so old.198.177.27.30 11:30, 11 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If the John Wayne movie were shot stereopically for viewing with anaglyphic glasses, it is possible the viewmaster reel were a promotional item as stereo photography is only a hop and a skip removed from anaglyphic pictures. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 198.177.27.30 (talk) 10:42, 13 December 2006 (UTC).[reply]
