– [Guidelines: WP:PRIMARYTOPIC, WP:ASTONISH, WP:PLACEDAB]

"The Hill (newspaper)" (1,239,756 views total) generally has more views than the other articles named "The Hill" since 2015 ("The Hill School": 434,822 views total; "The Hill (film)": 219,845 views total) . Comparing the three articles with the highest views since 2015, "The Hill (newspaper)" almost tops the daily view count constantly above "The Hill (film)" and "The Hill School" (Daily views: (Newspaper: 794; School: 279; Film: 141) (Same links as for the total view counts)). • Sorry, but oppose there are just too many geographical entries on the dab page for the website to be globally significant to readers outside the US. 11:37, 10 October 2019 (UTC)
• Weak oppose there are so many other uses of this generic name and as noted many of the places of which probably have more long-term significance. Crouch, Swale (talk) 20:24, 10 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
• oppose - not a strong enough case for primarytopic. Since the paper is named for Capitol Hill, which is referred to as "The Hill" far more often than that phrase is used for the newspaper. -- Netoholic @ 06:00, 11 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
• I'm not sure why WP:ASTONISH has been added to the proposal, unless that's an argument against this move since there are so many uses of this generic name maybe readers would be astonished not to get a DAB. WP:PLACEDAB also doesn't appear relevant here since no one is proposing to move one of the other places called just "The Hill" to the base name. • @In ictu oculi and Crouch, Swale: It's okay, In ictu oculi. Also to Crouch, Swale, I added WP:ASTONISH because after I edited articles to add a reference from The Hill website, I clicked on the website link and I didn't expect that it would direct me to the DAB page. On top of that, I need to type in The Hill in the Cite web template which other editors might not be aware of it directing to the wrong page. Various versions of Google and Bing based on country/region (including Asia, Europe, Africa, etc.) have shown the first search result is the newspaper's official website. For WP:PLACEDAB, it improves my argument that the primary topic isn't a location to go against any potential opposing arguments. User:Wei4Green · 唯绿远大 20:48, 11 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
You can indeed simply link to the article namely The Hill WP:DPL deals with cases where other editors haven't and fixes them. There's no proposal to move any other place anywhere since indeed the other places aren't primary to but I don't think the newspaper is either.
