well, there's not a lot to say, really. It's similar to the plot of a book called The Day of the Triffids, although The Day of the Triffids (1981 TV series) was more faithful adaptation. RayBarker (talk) 11:22, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Day of the Triffids (2009 TV series) → The Day of the Triffids (2009 TV miniseries) – The word "series" used as the disambiguator is misleading in this case, as this wasn't a traditional television "series", but was instead a two-part "miniseries".
