Initial cleanup[edit]

I went through this new article to copyedit, but had difficulty reading it because it didn't flow well. There seems to be some redundancy, and perhaps some factual errors? I tried to organize into sections; perhaps someone more familiar with the subject can be bold in editing and provide better section names, and verify whether I've put things in the proper location. —Scottyoak2 (talk) 07:16, 27 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
