Biased/peacock words[edit]

This article reads like a public relations puff piece, using colorful but subjective characterizations throughout.

"which is effectively that country's Ministry of the Environment." It is what it is. This further characterization adds nothing to understanding the function of the organization.
"put much of his energy" A clearly subjective description.
"a strong group of well-prepared African negotiators who began to take the lead" Peacock words.
"united, strong, progressive positions" Reflects a judgment on the nature of the positions taken without stating what the positions are.
