Tamako Market on Wikia[edit]

Ever since this anime becomes very popular on my Facebook, I decide to create this wiki dedicated to all fans of Tamako. We are currently improving this wiki and we need some contributors (if you want it). Thanks for you cooperation!

Kaoru Hanase: a boy or girl?[edit]

The article says "He [Kaoru] is androgynous." I've found that this belief is common among people who watch the show, but I can't find any evidence for it, other than that Kaoru is voiced by a man. However, this fact does not really feel like good evidence for the gender of the character; in anime, there are, for example, a great deal of male characters voiced by females. As Kaoru has been referred to by KyoAni as "the flower princess," it feels awfully presumptuous to go ahead and decide that the character is really boy. If anything, it'd be more appropriate to say that the show does not specify gender, although even this feels like a stretch given everything. 67.170.60.122 (talk) 09:27, 8 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Movie License[edit]

After searching online, I have been unable to find if the movie has been licensed outside Japan, specifically in North America, or not.
