Basically you need to read the page and explain the jargon. For instance, you mention extrinsic motivators - you might meniton that these are things like pay, bonuses, preferential treatment, promotions, etc.

You might also want to consider whether you want to discuss that transcational ledaership is thought of as "management" instead of as leadership which you discuss a bit when you talk about maintaining the status quo. You could also use the great quote that managers (transactional leaders) are concerned with doing things right while leadership (Transofrmational leaders) are concerned with doing the right things.

Also, when you compare Transactional, Tranformational and laissez faire this is a bit misleading as laissez faire is most offered seen as compared to authoritarian and democratic styles of leadership.

Might you also draw a connection (and link to) MacGregor's Theory X and Theory Y?
