Sources reference broken link to Parks Canada page, not simple fix[edit]

The first reference is a link to a Parks Canada page which no longer exists. There is a page at https://www.pc.gc.ca/en/pn-np/ab/banff/decouvrir-discover/histoire-history/cosmic that appears to be Park Canada's only page dedicated to the Sulphur Mountain Cosmic Ray Station National Historic Site. However, the Wikipedia article cites the old Park Canada page for two facts that are not on the new Parks Canada page, so I didn't want to just change the link since the two citations are no longer valid.
