There are several sources that incorrectly claim Kivelson's Ph.D. advisor was Julian Schwinger. Even the physics academic family tree site has this incorrect information[1]. Kivelson addresses this in this interview[2].--Ptbrown1729 (talk) 00:46, 21 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
