Relevance of Bulgarian name of city[edit]

Why is the Bulgarian name of the city included in this article? If this is significant this should be explained as this city is not in an area where Bulgarian would be expected to be a common language 98.127.252.33 (talk) 07:51, 28 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
