I'm pretty sure that there is SMALLER city in the czech republic - Rabštejn nad Střelou - http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rabštejn_nad_Střelou (no english page avaiable) with 25 inhabitants.

I've removed the claim about being the smallest city in the world; I don't believe it either. Eugène van der Pijll 19:18, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
