Pending litigation[edit]

This is Robert S. Davidson, d/b/a Plastertech v. The United States, case 1:13-cv-00942-EGB, United States Court of Federal Claims. You can see the court documents for a fee (waived if you stay under the threshhold) at Pacer, but I will caution editors that the court records are not appropriate secondary sources for Wikipedia. It would be useful, however, to look there to find out what progress has been made since the case was filed 2 years ago. The latest (as of January 12, 2016) is an unopposed motion from the plaintiff to extend discovery, and they will have a status conference in April. So, the lack of news reports in the interim is correct, they have not settled and the court has not issued a judgement. -- ke4roh (talk) 02:37, 13 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
