So if Colin Powell has won this medal how come he's not listed in the list of winners?

2012 winner?[edit]

Who, if anyone, won in 2012? I cannot find this info anywhere (the official website seems to be a couple of years behind, not even listing the 2011 winner). Was it not awarded in 2012? - dcljr (talk) 00:44, 19 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I'm going to say it was not awarded in 2012. All I could find was an article saying that year's award would be "delayed". - dcljr (talk) 00:52, 19 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
