I think the correct current nomenclature is "sphenoid sinus" not "sphenoidal sinus". Perhaps sphenoidal should redirect to sphenoid instead of vice versa (as it is now).

Grey's has a much better illustration of the sphenoid sinuses than shown here[edit]
