User:Cookie808 added the following, but without references:

Shortly after its closing, the government was forced to destroy the railway tracks between Marsh Mills and Plym Bridge because of the outbreak of a government introduced, and then-believed-beneficial to the environment (meant to harm an invasive species) virus (spread purposely by train (in liquid form, sprayed out while train moving for maximum spread)) that to intensified, mutated, spread and that started threatening humans (was contagious enough to spread around the world and was fatal to humans). The high explosives set off in the area destroyed the heat-sensitive virus and basically saved humanity, although wildlife and forestry in the area suffered.

Last train delayed[edit]

At present the text referring to the final trains includes this:

18:20 train from Plymouth reached Tavistock at 12:20 the following morning

Does this mean 00:20 the following morning, or 12:20 the following afternoon??

I hate using the dubious tag so for now I have modified the text to avoid the problem. If someone has a copy of the Oakwood book and wishes to reinstate the claim, feel fre as long as we make sure it is unambiguous. Afterbrunel (talk) 14:35, 2 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

12:20 in the morning is surely 00:20; the other 12:20 is "after noon". Geof Sheppard (talk) 12:44, 4 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
