obscure organic chemistry?[edit]

There is a considerable amount of detail on some organic chemistry reactions, but it is not at all clear why these have any relevance at all in an encyclopedia. Moreover, there seems to be a general lack of content following the statement suggesting that extraction of solanidine from potatoes somehow was of significance either economically or pharmacological precursor, but there is neither a source that would substantiate this, nor is their any further information suggesting why any of this would be interesting to anyone other than a steroid biochemist. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:447:CD7E:7CF0:0:0:0:F804 (talk) 07:16, 21 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
