Are the footfall statistics used by National Rail for Smethwick Galton Bridge in the box on the right really useful? The use of this station based on ticket sales fail to acknowledge the fact that most passengers are using the station as an inter-change station and are not using the booking office. Should the Birmingham New Street, to Liverpool Lime Street - London Northwestern Railway Services, be edited on this page, due to the train service, being connected with the Birmingham New Street, to London Euston Service, now being operated as one whole through train?
