the page has really added a lot of useful information — a huge improvement
There is a bit of redundancy --- the same information in many places
I am not sure if we really need the sections under Language systems: they all have their own pages, and are linked in the paragraph above.
The section on Current approaches to deaf education does not really make clear how much sign is being taught and where. It just repeats information from higher up.
identical references should be merged (I did one)
