Thanks for the poke. The event definitely did not occur in 2008, and I can find no mention in reliable sources that it occurred in any later year. Accordingly, I have moved the article to past tense. It is possible that it continued with a change of name.-gadfium 20:22, 2 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
