Image:Sidleylogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. EEOC v. Sidley[edit]

This litigation, http://www.chicagotribune.com/business/chi-sat_sidleyoct06,0,2176591.story

recently settled, has been followed very closely among lawyers because it could open the door to a lot of regulatory expenses that the partnership structure has until now helped the legal profession avoid.
