Error[edit]

What does this mean? "Due to lender guidelines, it is rare for conventional loans for a property having a third or fourth mortgage." 31.49.179.71 (talk) 07:04, 18 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Reassessment[edit]

I have re-assessed the article as "Start-class" based on a few factors, namely:

The Documentation section is very empty and may be misleading to readers from different countries
Content is repeated in multiple sections using the same wording, meaning that the article may not be following summary style.
The article is a very basic, almost text-book type of explanation of second mortgages. Significant content expansion would be needed both in the history section, how it may impact homeowners, and regulation sections.
