Passage IP has been adding[edit]

An IP has repeatedly added a passage that can be found in various places on the web, including here. This is not a reliable source, the statement is evaluative, and it is particularly important to base everything on reliable sources in an article about a living person. The IP has also been using deceptive edit summaries referring to typo correction when they reinsert the passage. Since the passage has now been reverted by multiple different editors, there should be discussion here before it is readded. Failing that, it should be readded in the body of the article, not the lede, as an evaluation sourced to at least one reliable source, possibly with quotation marks. Do these words occur in the Sunday Times article, which is footnoted but not linked? Without a source it is unencyclopedic opinion, and possibly copyvio.
