Correction required: date of relaxation in export controls (Background)[edit]

The background section currently has the wording "...following a 1998 relaxation of export controls." That year is too late, since the page is discussing exports in the 1980s and the Scott Report was commissioned in 1992. I don't know what the correct year is (otherwise I'd fix it), http://www.aph.gov.au/senate/pubs/pops/pop29/c01.pdf suggests it was 1988 or 1989. Tkboon (talk) 21:22, 26 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
