Can we get a source on this? Most sources I've seen on the name seem to indicate it's exclusively female but I don't know enough about the names usage to make any definite change myself. A consensus would be niceTnu1138 (talk) 18:00, 2 February 2013 (UTC)

The entry suggests the character Sorsha from the movie "Willow" was an alternate spelling of Saoirse, but did not provide a citation.
