not a condominium {{what}}[edit]

That's an apartment whose residents share ownership of the building with other people who live in the building. Not sure what the right word *is* though or I would fix it. Elinruby (talk) 00:33, 11 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I translated that from Croatian Wikipedia: http://hr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Požeški_sandžak The sentence there says "kondominij Bosne i Kaniže" and links to article in hr Wiki named Kondominij, which is linked via interwiki links to this article in en wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Condominium_(international_law) I do not understand why this description would be inappropriate when we have an en wiki article describing usage of term condominium in international law.
