Talk:SLB Fans
Hi there, I have just been doing some new page patrolling and this article, first posted at the end of October, is the oldest unpatrolled article on the list! I suspect this is because while it is an obviously genuine article, editors are unsure whether it is a sufficiently important topic to stand alone. Nevertheless no-one wants to suggest it for deletion!
My suggestion would be, as the actual content of the article is really quite minimal (once templates etc are taken into account) that the content here should be merged into the main article at S.L. Benfica with the original page at SLB Fans becoming a redirect to that section. I will do that myself soon unless I see any strong objections. Kim Dent-Brown (Talk) 15:55, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
- This article is about a social networking website, not about the club itself, S.L. Benfica. So I see no reason to merge it with the said club... Makes no sense whatsoever to be merged. If this would be merged, then the other media, which the club handles, like for instance Benfica TV, would also have to be treated the same way. Tibullus call me 16:21, 9 January 2011 (UTC)

- IMO, the WP:GNG guidelines are clear. A look at google and you just get this WP article and a facebook page. Also the article looks pretty much the same since creation, no real effort in expanding it, probably because everything there is about it, is here. I suggest merger with S.L._Benfica#Media, likewise with O Benfica and Mística, who suffer from the same problem. Do GiantSnowman and BDD agree?--Threeohsix (talk) 11:46, 20 October 2015 (UTC)

- I agree that it doesn't look notable, but I'd suggest there's really nothing to merge. Add a sentence at Supporters of S.L. Benfica or something and redirect there. --BDD (talk) 12:41, 20 October 2015 (UTC)
