Oppose. WP:UE doesn't mandate automatic translation into English, but only if there is an English translation widely-used in reliable English-language sources. This is not the case here and the translation is a little odd, if technically correct. Note that even the cited source uses the Spanish title as its header and only provides a literal translation in the body of the article. I've tried updating the list of statues based on pictures in this source, but Spanish Wikipedia also mentions:

Alfredo R. Placencia
Gerardo Suárez
Juan José Arreola Zuñiga
Guillermo Chávez Vega

Empty pedestal[edit]
