Page issues[edit]

Could you please remove the page issues at the top of the page?

I am a fan of this artist and often contribute to the page; perhaps I got a little over-zealous! If we turn this article about an important classical artist into a stub, it would be very disappointing. Dralrib (talk) 12:19, 24 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I haven’t added anything of any bias one way or another; I have simply stated factual information regarding this artist. If Wikipedia requires further references, I will gladly hunt them down and provide them. But, I see no page issues as compared to the number of classical musical artists whose pages are rife with infractions. deMaine’s page is solid in comparison. Nota Bene. @Dralrib: If you are not associated with this musician other than being a fan, the close connection tag can be removed. As for the references tag, independent reliable sources are needed to better indicate how this musician meets the notability guidelines for musicians. The sources there currently seem to be associated with this person(from what I can tell). 331dot (talk) 21:43, 21 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]
For what it's worth, Dralrib has made hundreds of edits here since March 2013, every one of which was to this article. That's a fairly clear indication of WP:COI. Per our policies, the continued additions of unsourced biographical content must be removed. 2601:188:180:11F0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 18:02, 29 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Understood. No further edits will be made by me. Dralrib (talk) 00:15, 30 October 2017 (UTC)Dralrib Dralrib (talk) 00:15, 30 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

References required[edit]

The vast majority of this BLP is unsourced/unreferenced. The recent editing patterns of an IP (removing personal information and including unreferenced history) appear either autobiographical or at least COI/paid editing. I am neither attached to the subject nor knowledgeable about them; I leave this as a placeholder for discussion for more involved editors. Ifnord (talk) 15:58, 15 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
