Tips on improving drafts[edit]

I am a relatively new Wikipedia editor and was hoping to get some tips on improving the quality of this draft—as well as future ones. What goes into the grading (i.e., C, B, GA, A, etc.)? And how can that be affected? Also, what are ways to get quicker turnaround times on draft reviews?
