re 'Neutrality' template[edit]

From a reading of the article it appears that the reason given for the poverty in the area is because the white folk left... This needs to be rewritten to indicate why there seems to have been an economic downturn, and why there was an influx of lower income families. It is quite unedifying to see a comment on how segregation was considered a reasonable economic practice in the 1960's. I am unfamiliar with both the area and its postwar history, but I do not care for the bias being shown. LessHeard vanU (talk) 21:49, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
