Heroine column[edit]

@Vkjoshi123: Raj Kapoor was an actor, whether he played hero or other supporting role might be mentioned in the lead. No actor filmography has "Heroine" column, but if you feel it should be mentioned than its best to have a discussion first. --Skr15081997 (talk) 09:17, 17 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Heroine Section[edit]

@Skr15081997: I strongly feel that having a heroine section adds value to an actor's stature and complements and integrates his contribution in the film. Similarly, by describing his role as a hero or as a supporting actor has more value than the name of the character, which is here superficial and even unnecessary. A name has only a significance of identification in the film when we are seeing it. In the filmography, we are more concerned with the actors contribution, as a hero or as a supporting actor or as a guest appearance. Vkjoshi123 (talk) 16:58, 17 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Vkjoshi123, all this is contrary to what the remaining filmography lists follow. I have followed the filmography FLs. This might we worth discussing at WT:FL. I hope we can have some fruitful discussions over there.--Skr15081997 (talk) 08:28, 19 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Heroine[edit]

@Skr15081997: You have not given any cogent reason why Heroine section cannot be added. Lots of Filmographies of actors (please see 'Rajkumar', 'Dev Anand', just to name a few.) have details of Heroines, Cast, Producers etc. We are here to make Wikipedia a complete encyclopedia, where readers can find the maximum details in a tabular form, which is easy to refer to. Thanks
