Moved back live[edit]

@Superboilles: I've moved this back live, as the person is indeed notable per WP:NPROF. This can absolutely use more sourcing and sprucing up, but when notability is established it's best to leave the page up unless it's absolutely unsalvageable. @ReaderofthePack: Okie dokie. But then isn't there an issue with the CoI? Superboilles (talk) 20:00, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Generally speaking, COI editing doesn't mean that an article shouldn't be kept or that the article is problematic per se. The article would need to be reviewed for non-neutral language and notability, but it's entirely possible for someone to edit with a conflict of interest. There's just a very specific way that they would need to go about it, such as creating new articles in WP:AFC and refraining from making large, especially controversial edits to the article - not to mention ensuring that they follow notability, sourcing, and neutrality guidelines to a T while also being transparent.
I'll post on your talk page for the other part of this since it doesn't entirely pertain to the article. ReaderofthePack(formerly Tokyogirl79) (。◕‿◕。) 20:34, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
