Catagory?[edit]

Now that the catagory has been changed to 'victims of LGBT Hate Crimes', should Marroquin really be included? He isn't a victim, he's a perpatrator. Maybe he should be in another section, or a broader section. I don't know, but it seems wrong to have him here.
