Regarding "The topic of this article may not meet Wikipedia's notability guideline for biographies. (March 2020)"
I'm digging up sources, working hard against a Catch-22. The thing that made me interested in Pastor Wright is I learned from community leaders that after serving as an officer of the law, he took on an additional public servant position (pastor). Furthermore, he advanced his public servant role fought his local and state governments on issues of corruption. Unfortunately, these issues have not only been suppressed, but he is also an older gentleman, so these issues were not "online" in linkable government sources. In effect hard to meet this standard:
"A person is presumed to be notable if he or she has received significant coverage in reliable secondary sources that are independent of the subject."
If I can go to the court houses and produce these documents, but they are not on the web how should they be "cited" them? Is it OK to write case numbers/dates/etc.?
I've seen many authors with far fewer written titles, so I thought as a well established public safety author, it would be a positive direction to start with this. He is certainly a whistle-blower too, so please expect that information to be coming. If you think this should be changed, please let me know!
He is truly an unsung hero in the state, while doing important and notable things for the State of Maryland has been largely unrecognized in electronic communication medium. I imagined if we overlooked famous people such as Edgar Allan Poe, Emily Dickinson or Oscar Wilde, because they were not yet famous. Well, we did. The aforementioned authors were not famous, except by chance after their deaths. Imagine how much more we may have gained had they been recognized during their life. I have always believed Wikipedia biographies are not just for famous people, but truly notable people.

Information on uploading images can be found at WP:UPIMAGE. Keep in mind that you must have the rights to the image and be willing to release it under a license compatible with Wikipedia's.
