Aside from Totorious examples of this injunction (quia timet)can someone provide scenarios and legal precedents in Equity with regards to this injunction?

Merger proposal[edit]

I am wondering if Quia timet injunctions in English law should be merged into Quia timet. It seems the content of Quia timet is based on English common law, rather than having any input from other jurisdictions. Its history is also longer than the one edit history in Quia timet injunctions in English law. Anyone available to follow-up?
