It needs a mathematical section to show the context, why it is needed, and how it is done.
Also, the opening sentence says it is used "to overcome the reference category problem". This problem needs to be defined in the same sentence where it is mentioned. Loraof (talk) 23:34, 4 September 2017 (UTC)
